Overnight solution to TX Foreclosure

My daughter has been in foreclosure in TX while trying to work with the mitigation process. The bank informed her today that the house will be auctioned in the morning at the courthouse. I have agreed to purchase the home. They are telling her to bring the reinstatement amount to the trustee at the courthouse and it will stop the foreclosure. Should I loan her the money for reinstatement or should I request a short sale?
