The investor may not even be interested. I am an investor in Michigan and I would not be interested in this deal, especially if it is an all cash deal. It wouldn't hurt to talk to the investor to see what he had in mind. Also, you better hope you get a real good realtor. I have had many calls in the last couple of weeks from people that had their houses with realtors for 6 months to 9 months an no sale. I actually had one that had it listed for 2 years. You are not leaving yourself a lot of time to list it with a realtor in my opinion. Once the redemption is gone then you lose it all. So be careful when listing. Good Luck.
