Understand & been in foreclosure with same company. They do some off beat things. We had a ref. loan approve and they didnt want to stop the sell; unless we came up with some heavy duty cash. Try to contact your State Attorneys Office -or- The ARPA for help; they had taken another mortgage company to court for unfair pratice and won those old ladies titles back. If all eles goes wrong contact www.westop4closurenow.com We talk to them before we file 13 and we checked them out and I feel they could help your mom out "Good Luck"
