to be frank...i was in this situation before also, someone told me u shouldnt borrow to get out of debt it creats more debt ( sorry Brokers). If you have the funds coming from a diffrent area other then working wages its diffrent. Sell the house if theres equity, and start all over. :

I live in Colorado and I am currently 3 months behind on my mortgage. We recently filed for bankruptcy and it was discharged in May 2003. We can pay back the loan (we need $5,000) but we just cant find a lending institution to give us a chance. Im scared and desperate and would appreciate any advice you can give me.
