: Help!?

: What should I do?

: I won the bid at auction yesterday and paid the 20% down
payment.

: However the sheriff informed me that the homeowner filed for
bankruptcy at the last minute prior to the sale, which makes the
sale null and void.

: I still want the home.

: What are my next steps, if any???

: Thanks much!

Ricole,

This happens to me about one to two times a year. I just get my
checks back and go on to the next upcoming deal. I really don’t
care which properties I make my money on, as long as there are
others to fry, I’m happy.

So wish the homeowner good luck, get your money back and keep
on keepin’ on.
