HUD site - HUD (FHA) Houses For Sale - Listed for All States

Most of these houses have mold, foundation, drainage, and other problems.

Most of these houses were given back to HUD (at the buyers' request). - Most of them due to "non-disclosure" before/at closing of house.

The houses they offer in their (Police) "Officer Next Door" program, and their "Teacher Next Door Program" also have major deficiencies, such as mold, etc.
