HELP, am I still the owner?

I had a first and second trust deed. The second foreclosed and sold my property. Now, 10 yrs later the first trust deed (bank) says I am still the owner and responsible for the loan. Apparently, the new owner bought my house from the second, and never assumed or notified the first and is now in foreclosure. Am I still the owner? How can I clear this up with the bank?
