I see people in your situation all the time. The biggest thing to keep in mind is in 90 days, you have NOTHING. Put your property on the market at a bargain price where you will put SOMETHING in your pocket and let it go. Hopefully you have a good agent and the deal won't fall apart at the last minute due to pushing the envelope or not knowing how to work with a foreclosure.

I had a lady contact me a couple weeks ago 14 days before her time was up and wanted $100k. I would have given her $30k. She had the equity to ask for $100k, but in the end she wouldn't budge and the bank took her house and didn't pay her a penny. She left with nothing, instead of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS.

Something is better than nothing, and you're running out of time. Take what you can get and don't be greedy; you will be thankful in the long run.
