You would have to move depending on how fast & when the new owner files for eviction forms. Confirmation of foreclosure sale is within 30days. After that owner will get 1 week for getting deed and other paperwork. Filing for eviction papers would be next thing. DE courts are very efficient. I belive cops will be knocking to give you notice of eviction within about 1 week. : Our home is up for sale on 7/8/03. How long will we have to move our property?
