Thanks. I do own a house and have for the past year and a half. So I do not have to worry about buying a home at this time or in the near future. Fortunately at that time I was able to tap resources that with todays economy, would not have been possible. I agree, I think that so many people are going through this, we will see some changes in the ability to restore credit. I figure today, I start to rebuild and it will be in the past.
