In my limited experiance, and my own personel notes secured by mortgages, I missed read the languange on "default". I will re-read my mortgage ahain as well as go back to my 3,000 or so files and double check.

As for your comment that, "So you still have about 5 months till you have to be ready to move ".

That is not totally accurate. I have personal knowledge that it could take 5-10 years to get you out if you know what to do. In fact a man in Illinois last year stayed for 11 or 13 years cause he knew his rights and what to do.
