2 Weeks Left

I'm in Nevada, upside down like many, and am coming up on my 6th missed payment. The foreclosure process began a few months ago and I just received a letter of notice of auction sale on Feb. 10th. Countrywide says it's too late to postpone the sale and I'm unable to get past the first layer of their loan modification dept.
They have told me over the past few months that they aren't implementing the H4H program until Jan. and now they say it will be April, although I already know this Act is voluntary - meaning they will pick & choose the ones they want to help. Still that's too far away to help me.
The questions I have are:
1. Short of filing for bankruptcy, is it too late to find someone to negotiate with the RIGHT people at Countrywide to keep my house?
2. If indeed the house is sold at auction as scheduled, how long before I have to move out?

Thanks.
