I don't even know what it means that "the mortgage holder is whole in the event of foreclosure and loss".
The only thing that could possibly be considered "predatory" is that I was qualified for an interest only payment of a loan that I would probably not qualify for today even though my income has only modestly decreased about $5k/yr in the past 2 years.
Is that enough to get them to investigate & stop the foreclosure process?
