That I am familiar with. And the failure rate of the loan mods already done is well known.

And that is nothing new. A couple of years ago I had some short sale training and the instructor recommended offering help with loan modification in addition to other losss mitigation. It was purely "get your feet in the door" as they knew then as now that loan mods usually don't work and usually fail within 6 months even if you get one.

Sad.

Tried to find that quote about the H4H successes but so far nothing. All I know is it flew in the face of everything else I had been reading.
