Steele, your right, I have already conceded to the fact that im losing the house. Im just concerned about the bank coming back after me for the difference of the loan amount after the sale and the 1099. But from what ive been reading, they cant get me with a deficiency judgement in AZ? That is why i was considering BK, I know theres no way id ever be able to pay off something like that.
