"and have forgotten the Commandment about stealing,"
Why is not allowing the bank to take your families home considered stealing?
*******************
Situational ethics at it's best. A person stops making payments for an item. But because it is a "home" they should be allowed to do so. They took the money to buy the property and now they no longer pay it back. Furthermore they continue to enjoy all the benefits...hmmm, not stealing at all.
The bank on the other hand has a legal right (remember you are the one so Hell bent on following the Law) to claim the collateral for the unpaid debt. And that is stealing to you. Remind me never to sell you anything on credit or lend you anything :>)
If you can't see the problem with this I am not going to argue with you.
Now I am sure you will have to get in the last word so go ahead. Several of us have already made our points. There will be no further replies to this section.
The only good news is that most readers rarely go beyond the first comment or two. We are pretty much buried in the forum at this point :>)
