yeah, it depends on the state if you have redemption rights. And if you have redemption rights in your state you have to typically re-instate the full balance of the loan. Good luck in getting a loan unless you have a rich Aunt or Uncle. I know one case that we unwinded a sale of a home. It's very hard to prove and almost impossible. If you want to hire an attorney, maybe go this route if you have some really good hardship reasons or because of loan fraudalence. If not you are better off looking for another place to live.
