The last post changed the term WINDFALL to BENEFIT, for abetter word.
In the event bankruptcy is used to delay, (not stop or end), the foreclosure windfall would not be appropriate. However in MHO, I dont believe that $100-200,000,00 of rent savings over 5-10 years would be a problem in bankruptcy.
Remember,bankruptcy(s) is (are) not the only legal techniques or method that can be used to defeand foreclosure.
