If you do not have a job lined up, things may only get worse and you may wind only buying a month or two before you do wind up losing the property. Might want to grab a rental fast and lower your asking price to a rock bottom amount needed to unload. The market is not looking pretty and if no offers are comming in, unload low and fast.
