eviction

i have recently been foreclosed on and my home has been sold. i've been told that i have until th 27th of November to redeem the house and at that time i have to come up with 87K. I know I can't get a loan for this because my credit is ruined right now because of financial hardship and couldn't afford the payments on the loan anyway. could somebody please help. Will I be evicted on the 27th of Novemeber if I am not out of the house by that time. I don't know anybody who has ever gone through this and don't know where to turn to for help. I just want to walk away from the house now.
