Hi, I am really confused about my current situation and there are so many websites that I do not know where to turn and take action. About two years ago, my husband and I put our home up for sale in Wyoming. We were not able to sale it after a year on the market, so we rented it out last August. Our renter was set to buy the home, then he lost his job as well. We have it back on the market, but it is not worth what it once was (about 40,000 less!). We are trying to get another renter in there, but the area has gone bust (the gas fields are leaving). We have no clue what we need to do, as we cannot afford two homes. Can anyone tell me what to do next and what our action steps might be?
