Responding to your question without knowing more detail would be unethical and unprofessional.

You need to meet with a foreclosure consultant and/or foreclosure defense attorney. Depending on your goals and financial situation they would then be in a better position to advise you properly.

Keep in mind, foreclosure is a financial problem not usually a legal one.
