You should really be talking to an attorney versed in foreclosure statutes for your state. While we can give a certain level of advise this is a very complicated situation from a legal standpoint.

I don't know if you can give us enough details to make more than a guestimate.

Remember that we can't give out opinions that could be construed as legal advise. At least for me. I am not an attorney even though I play one on TV.
