We have approx. 50k combined in our 401ks. If taken
out it would cover the debt, but I'm not willing to
throw my entire retirement away. Other then that We
have about 10k in savings. From what I read you have
to have no cash anywhere. Was I incorrect in this
assumption? We still are current on the loan and if a
short sale is feasible I will pursue that.
