We rent a small apartment in a home. We recently found out that this house is in foreclosure. The landlord is moving soon and told us its because they don't like the school district. We paid them rent up until October. I am afraid we are going to get evicted and SURELY we will never see our security money again. I want to confront them and know when the eviction is happening, but I know they will just lie. Also they claim when they move soon they will rent the upstairs out to other tenants. Please give some advice
