I stopped paying January 2008, and I guess it foreclosed. It is showing in my credit report foreclosure. I had it on the market, but for some reason the realitor cancelled in April 2008, and it sold or $183,000 in July 2008. I found this out by reviewing the housing in southfield, MI, and from neighbors where new tenants moved in. This was a fast process, especially since I stopped payments January 2008, and it sold July 2008. I did not sell it for $183,000, but someone did. This home sold for more than I had put on market. I owed $175,000. Due to the sell of this home, which was too quick, can I get this off my record? or what options do I have?
