As I posted a few day's ago. I have a buyer as a short sale on my property. The original offer was 320000.00. Payoff is 342000.00 The bank wanted an apprasial and it came in at 334000.00. The bank counter and ask for 334000.00 and the buyer agreeded. Does this mean the bank is excepting this as full pay off or will they want me to pay the diff or 334 to 342
