Having entry fields for information such as state and loan amounts was tried several years ago and wasn't hugely successful.

It's quite likely many of the original posters aren't overly familiar with message boards, or the foreclosure process and come in looking for a quick answer to what sometimes can be quite complicated.

I changed the "Post a New Message" page to request posters include state, loan amounts and estimate of FMV. More than that might be counter-productive.
