Your problem is that you keep buying a house in the new state everytime you move. All the while your previous homes are still unsold. In this market you should logically only have ownership of one home. So move to the new state and rent ... dont buy. Now your situation is that when you move you will have two homes on the market and still you will feel like buying a third one. Please wake up ....
