Why would American Rescue trust contact you if they wanted to buy your mortgage? They would talk directly to the bank since the bank is the owner of your mortgage.

Could it be that American Rescue has already bought your mortgage?

Last time I checked they where a Florida based company that did foreclosure workouts and bailouts for houses in foreclosure.
