: THANKS JIM, Our job market has its limits out here...Aerospace, Law Enforcement, and Real Estate.... for the locals...However we are a "commuter" community and most people Drive to Los Angeles Daily for the six figures. Im into Entertainment..Adult....So I write my own paychecks....Im looking for long term for sure. 10 + years per holdings. And for all the people who are going through some hard times....Keep your head up. Remeber when Donald trump was 9.2 Billion in the hole to 99 Banks. Just dont ignor the calls... Answer them! Tell them what you can and cant do...if they call you 12 time a day asking for money fax and call them 20 time a day asking them for options... It worked for me.
Wildgoose,

I don't know that it's a problem yet, but as markets slow and soften you will see more and more "for sale" signs. Unless there is a large local loss of employment, more signs is really just an indicator of longer market times, which is something you'll want to keep in mind if you are looking at investing in real estate. Do not buy expecting appreciation in the short term.

County Records Research is a popular/good foreclosure data provider for the Southern California market. You should be able to find them with any of the major search engines.
