However, I'm not sure what exactly you mean by "eviction date." Who set that date? The courts, sheriff, etc. And how long ago was the sheriff sale date? Is this just the date the courts have decided to commence the eviction process or is it the date they ordered the sheriff to change the locks and remove everything from the house?

In PA, there's no redemption period after the sheriff sale, so you don't have any last chances to get the property back.
