tenat renting property that's in foreclosure

I am currently renting an apartment in a building that has gone into foreclosure, in Chicago, IL. Foreclosure was filed on 8/28/06. Landlord has not rectified situation and I have not heard from him. A Party came to the property to issue a court summons. FYI: the summons was to my old landlord, which sold to the new owner in November of 2005. If the current owner does not pay back monies when will the bank put me out or how much time am i looking at?
