Depending on what route you take after my advise, you incur only a fee after I have helped you and only after proper disclosure.

Getting a little close to advertising, Wayne. Might want to offer direct and not come across as solicting to the general population of readers.
Also your answer had nothing to do with the question on trustee fees. You do not determine what the lawyers have into the particular situation. You are offering a different service.
As to the question, it all depends. Some areas do have set amounts that the attorneys can charge for the various stages of work. As stated it can run from a few hundred to a few thousand. The lender should be able to give you a payoff figure with fees included.
