I morgage a rental that was insured as a rental. It was without tennant for more than 30 days due to paint and minor construction. The home was destroyed by fire. Insurance Co. denied fireloss claim due to 30 day unoccupied clause in rental poilicy. No Lawer will take case. I am considering cutting my losses and letting this home go to foreclosure. Are there other options?
