i,m lost

behind 3 payments to first mortage. taxes deliquent. 2nd mortage current.---now on fixed income. can,t catch up. what happens if i just quit trying and walk ? start over ? would give me 1000.00 a month. i scaled down to nothing--but can,t catch up. disabilty income. 20050 a month.
