hello, we have owned a house in ohio for 10 mo., we are currently 3 mo. behind (about $2800+ late fees) and i recieved copies of a complaint filed with the court for foreclosure on oct 27, but the date of the document is the 25, i have spoken with my lenders loss mitigation dept. and they referred me to a local attorney in ohio who is handling the case, but they havent returned my call yet, the lender said i have to get a reinstatement quote from the attorney, fill it out and send to the lender, what is this quote? also, how much time do i have before this actually goes to court? we want to keep the house, whats the next step? we will have roughly $4000 by the end of november through a 401k loan. any advice would be greatly appreciated, the house was appraised for 135k in january and that is about how much is owed (next to nothing in equity). any rough ideas on how much these legal fees might be?
