a separate company hired by a lender

we are 3months behind and in default already. is there such a thing like a middle person from a different agency that a lender may hire coz i get talk to a person that said their company is hired by our lender to try to come up with a solution. dyou think this possible? ive been trying to contact our lender but nobody's calling us back. we requested for DIL and sent the papers they asked and we have ot heard from them yet, it's been 2-3 weeks already. so do you think its possible for a lender to hire other company or a sort of middle person to be able to arrive to a solution? coz i dont see any reason if ther's a need for that coz we're willing to DIL the property anyways. and whatever they have asked us to send to them we actually did that too. pls help me coz we have enough trouble already we dont wanna be in another one. thanks again!
