not likely. i think he mite be trying to either grab your home or set it up for someone else to grab it. ask him for id and who at the lending company sent him with there phone #. ps. i refi people out of foreclosure. no lease back thats not the way to go.email me if you need help. i do about 20 foreclosure bailouts a month in all 50 states. i do not want to push you because i really am busy enough, but what ever you do do not wait til the last minute some bailouts take 2-5 weeks.
