What is absolutely incomprenhensible? I was a third party mortgage bill collector on 2nd mortgages for two of the largest mortgage companies out there. That is until come to find out after they stole $80,000 of an investor's money they never had it in their contract to sell notes on behalf of CMMC. I was fired when I didn't think it was right that I just hang up the phone on said investor as instructed by superiors.
Then because where I live in St. Louis jobs doing what I did are scarce if your really in this business to make money for quote a regular job. Unless you go 1st party collections. Well if you know anything about business money isn't in first party collections. It's in 3rd party whether you do charged off credit card collections or mortgage collections.
My complaint is there's no ramifications for the hardworking american to get justice!! Since I've lost job and I was breadwinner of my family I've now faced what no american wants to face. A bankruptcy, Job transfer possibly all for always trying to do the right thing.
And well now in my own bankruptcy right before I filed I found out my first mortgage never paid taxes last year even though I wasn't behind at that point...Which so happens to be one of the previous mortgage companies I worked for Citi--Then my second is SERVICED by Homeq. They've told me this company and that company owns my 2nd mortgage...All to verify they don't!! That's why they stopped a foreclosure earlier this year. Now that I've filed a chp 13...They filed a POC TO SOMETHING THEY CAN'T PROVE THEY OWN. SO who do the payments go to? No one has taken ownership/filed a assignment or anything. And the whole reason I wanted to know who was lien holder is I was hoping they'd be more neogitable then HOMEQ...Another thing most people in this business know how notorious HOMEQ IS FOR THEIR BUSINESS TACTICS...I apologize if 1st message seemed scrambled...It's a life turning even to have everything you and most people believe in turned upside down on you..Even though you always attempted to do what was right for everyone involved...
