Before they attempted their 'trick shots' they learned the basic fundamentals.
Most community colleges offer a basic real estate course, and many real estate companies offer low cost
courses pursuant to sitting for a licensing exam.
The courses will briefly cover types of ownership, mortgage financing, property appraisal, title insurance, and passing of title.
From there, you can decide what interests you.
