I meant will there be any taxes that I have to pay after the bank agreed to the Deed in Lieu option? For example, will the IRS go after me after I deed the property back to the Lender? Also, what about Property tax and county taxes? I already missed one payment and I don't have money to pay property tax that's coming in February and due in April. Do I have to pay that before Deed in Lieu?
