We have the same redemption period and very similar statutes. Don't expect anyone the first day redemption is over. What typically happens is that within the first few days the real estate agent who has been acting as the lender's eyes and ears will drive by the house and see that you are still there. They will report this to the law firm handling the foreclosure. They may try and contact you to offer you a peaceable timeline to leave. They might even offer a small stipend to leave by a certain date with the house in good condition and all your stuff removed (and I mean all).
Otherwise they will start the eviction process. That is somewhat dependent on where you are but can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. What you might want to do is contact your county sheriff department and ask them the typical timeline.
Either way you will be given some notice. But pay attention. It might just be a notice taped to the front door. We had a case a year ago when the sheriff showed up after giving two weeks notice but the owners didn't use the front door and had no idea. This is an extreme case. Usually some one calls as well.
You will have some time. But be ready to move.
