I understand in California the timeline for foreclosure/Auction is 4 months, what if I have a tenant in the property doesnt he have any rights, if I have a 6 month lease and foreclosure happens in 4 do I have to buy him out of lease? Does bank ever let tenant stay past foreclosure? Will having a tenant in place prevent foreclosure before term of lease?
