The foreclosure has not been filed yet, I had until mid February to make some payment, I already have a tenant on a lease that does not expire for 3 months from last August. The lease was written before the foreclosure so will the tenant be able to stay until end of his lease? You say the tenant will recieve 30 day or 60 day notice after foreclosure is complete? I am not sure what that means, does that mean from the filing of foreclosure or from date of auction?
