If it is still in foreclosure the original owner is the person to contact. They have full rights to the property until the process is complete and even then may have some additional time.

Go to the courthouse and research the property. You can there get info on who is foreclosing and the basic timeframe left.

What state are you in? There are differing processes. Similar, but timelines are not all the same.

Give us some more specifics if you can.
