OK thanks for your help Jim and Bill but lastly will they get a notice as soon as foreclosure begins or get a 30 day notice after auctioning of property, If the foreclosure process begins today and it takes about 4 months I am hoping I can keep tenant in place 90 days without tenant being notified is that possible?
