Thanks for the response. Yes it is in California, in the bay area, near fairfield. Can you explain the execution of trust deed thing you were talking of? Im not familiar with the terminology. and ive considered renting it out, but i have a mortgage of 3500/month, plus the insurances and taxes and what not. i can only rent it for MAYBE half that, meaning i would still have to kick down 1700+/month, plus rent for another place, and other things.
