What about buying a foreclosure home in NC? The house has already
gone through the 10 days at the courthouse and no one bid on it. As far
as I am aware it is now back with the bank, Washington Mutual. How long
will it take before it becomes available for sale again? Is there anything I
can do to help expidite the process?
