Due to a pending (18 months) work-comp case wells fargo forclosed on my property last week. No income since 9/2005. I tried everything even faxing 60 pages of attorney documentation to let them know I would have plenty of funds the end of March. They just blew me off. So now I have foreclosure on my credit record. I wanted to pay all my other creditors in full but because foreclsure is on my record will it make that big a difference if I settle with them for a lot less?
